Running gives me confidence in myself. I am trying to abide by my schedule of running long distance 2 days per week. I also count that wherever I am I run. You are a great motivator. I am excited to be going to Eugene, ORE. on Saturday, 4-9, to watch the runners at Hayward Field. I get to run there too, which will be exciting. What amazes me is that there is a runner who runs in the middle of a busy street and the cars go around him.
