Week October l7, ‘20ll- Jerry-This week I ran 7 miles on
my regular route. Tuesday-, I ran w/ a friend in Dallas
at local park. I ran trails. I really love trail running.
I ran l mile there in l5 minutes. The more I run, better
I get. In the spring I will run a 3-mile run/walk in
Dallas w/ a friend. I know I will have fun. My friend
is an excellent runner. Her husband runs too, 6 miles per week. Thanks for reading my note. Sincerely, ELAINE STEWART

ran 7 miles. I was proud of myself for running at 8:30 a.m. in the morning each day. I also am able to run a wide
turn when turning left on Fir Villa. Sure hope you

I ran a total of 35 miles. I am really amazed at this,
considering I started running October ‘2008.

Jerry-Hope you get this note. Sunday I ran 6 loops.
Tuesday I ran w/a friend, left from my house, by clubhouse,
up Magnolia to Fir Villa, right on Rhododendron, down
my street to my house.I am amazed that I was able to talk
the whole way. Total loops- 4. Total loops – week- l0.

Tuesday, 8-2- I ran/walked w/ Danny (son) at park. He
and I took our water bottles along. He and I did well.
We then had a nice picnic. I was so blessed to get to
run w/ him. Wednesday – I ran 3 loops. Total loops- 9.
Total miles – 6.3. Hope you get this message.
