		<description>Jerry- Just wanted to say that yesterday June lst I ran my 
usual run, including all dead-ends on my street, up and 
down. Then I ran from my house to Lynchet Ave., turned 
left on Magnolia Ave, ran down street and turned left, 
then going home. That was the most I have run for awhile. 
I love that picture of the ocean. You are a great runner.
